Parfum Royale – Distributor Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. By clicking “Register,” “Submit,” or by signing up as a Distributor of Parfum Royale, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. DEFINITIONS
1. Company refers to Parfum Royale, its owners, directors, officers, and authorized representatives.
2. Distributor/Member refers to any person who has been accepted and registered by the Company as a participant in its multi-level marketing program.
3. Downline refers to distributors recruited directly or indirectly by a Distributor.
4. Package refers to the Company’s authorized product and/or business packages offered for sale.
2. ELIGIBILITY
1. Must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
2. Must provide accurate, truthful, and updated information during registration.
3. The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any application without providing a reason.
3. EARNING PLAN
As a Distributor, you may be entitled to commissions and bonuses under the following earning structure:
1. Direct Referral Bonus – You will earn 10% of the value of the package purchased by your direct recruit.
2. Daily Rebates – You will earn 0.005% daily, based on the plan you avail, and within the set duration applicable to each package.
3. Revenue Rewards – You will earn 1% of the total amount requested for encashment by your Downline.
4. COMPANY RIGHTS AND AUTHORITY
1. The Company reserves the sole right to modify, suspend, or terminate the marketing plan, commission rates, and bonus structures at any time, without prior notice.
2. The Company reserves the right to withhold payouts if:
• Fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms is suspected.
• The member’s account information is incomplete or inaccurate.
• Pending investigations are unresolved.
3. The Company reserves the right to terminate any Distributor’s membership for conduct deemed harmful to the Company’s reputation or operations.
5. DISTRIBUTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Compliance – Members must comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to business operations and product sales in their location.
2. Prohibited Activities – The following are strictly prohibited:
• False or misleading claims about products, earnings, or the Company.
• Manipulating the system to generate unearned bonuses.
• Unauthorized reproduction or use of Company materials, trademarks, or intellectual property.
3. Taxes – Distributors are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes due on their earnings.
6. INCOME DISCLAIMER
1. The Company does not guarantee any specific level of earnings or income.
2. Earnings depend on individual efforts, business skills, market conditions, and compliance with the Company’s guidelines.
7. PAYMENT AND WITHDRAWAL
1. Payouts will be processed according to the Company’s standard payment schedule and procedures.
2. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and may be delayed if compliance or verification requirements are unmet.
3. The Company is not liable for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or force majeure events.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, logos, brand names, and materials are owned exclusively by the Company and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
9. TERMINATION
1. The Company may suspend or terminate your membership at any time for violations of these Terms.
2. Termination results in forfeiture of any pending commissions or bonuses.
10. AMENDMENTS
The Company reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the program.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
